Ringke FUSION ***All New Dust Free Cap & Drop Protection*** [FREE Screen Protector][SMOKE BLACK] Premium Crystal Clear Back Shock Absorption Bumper Hard Case with Free HD Screen Film for Samsung Galaxy S6 - Eco/DIY Package

The outcome from a survey of our own some time ago proposes that majority of android smartphone buyers get a protective case for their gadgets. This makes a lot of sense – since, accidental scrapes and drops are, for an enormous part, unavoidable. Regardless of the fact that you look after your phone in a special way. It is not surprising that majority of us choose to safeguard against the likelihood of defacing our gadgets by buying protective case.

Be that as it may, usually, settling for a protective case includes many compromises – who would like to hide off his cool new Samsung Galaxy S6 in a massive, unattractive box?  However, accessory developers understand this, and are developing cases that are, for most purposes, and it is not visible. Am talking about the Fusion Crystal cover Case that is being sold for $11.99

Ringke Fusion Galaxy S6 case hands-on
On the off chance, If the  Galaxy S6 is essential to you,  the Crystal View cover case should be your target as it is totally transparent, and allows you appreciate the searches for your new device without it being  damaged. In case you're searching for something that is tad distinctive, however, Ringke has got your back with the Black and Smoke Black models and Mint-green rendition.

Asides the shading contrasts, they all share the same attributes, which includes anti-scratch finish for the back ,stun absorption, and four small guards at the four corners at the back of the case, this  helps to keep its surface free from scratch. This part is very essential as we regularly run over clear cases that get scratches and scrapes all over their backs, almost as soon as they come across anything that has a smooth area.

Another merit of Ringke's cover cases is the lightning port and headphones jack dust plug. The Galaxy S6's port for instance, is already grimy, and that's after holding on to it for about a month. However, these may act as a burden in case you're utilizing a dock with your S6 gadget.  So do consider that.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Active might get microSD card slot and removable battery

Samsung Galaxy S6 Active might get microSD card slot and removable battery

Most of the Android fans are still annoyed with tough decision the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge offers must-have features. Samsung seems to do a hard work in developing their Samsung Galaxy S6 models that will solve the biggest issues that folks seems to have with the original ones.

Though you have probably accepted the fate that both Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge come without microSD card, some people are convinced to accept fact that Samsung's new flagship handsets have insanely fast built-in storage that must overwhelm everything from their competitors and deliver high SSD-ugrade speeds. However, some loyal android participants are not still satisfied that Samsung dediced to leave out the expandable memory when producing the handsets.

Furthermore, Galaxy S6 does not have removable battery, which could be bigger problem for many Android loyal fans. However, Samsung insiders confirmed that the expecting Samsung Galaxy S6 active version will indeed come with microSD slot. This is of course such a relieve for the loyal android fans. The handset might be possibly have a removable battery.

The rugged Active model will come with similarity of the original S6. It comes with the same hardware too. However, if you expect it would be an exact replica of the S6, it will not give you what you expect. It comes to certain components, but there must be some differences. In fact, Samsung itself claims that they plan to make some prominent changes.

One of makes me disapopointed is the lower grade camera. But thanks God, there is still optical image stabilization. Some of Samsung Fans would be probably disappointed since they will remove fingerprint and heart rate sensors in the Active model.

As the rumors leaked, The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active will be expectingly launched this summer. However, it is still not clear about the exact date when this handset hits the store.

But I can review one response from the Samsung. It does heard what fans want. With the commencing of microSD slot support, it was indicated that Samsung wants to make its product more comparable to their competitors.

Please keep in mind that the authenticity of this news can not be confirmed yet. One Samsung Insiders leak the information about S6 Active does not mean it is true. With that said, the information is still expected to be considered regarding the Galaxy S6 Active will be coming.

So, what do you think?

HTC One M9 vs. Samsung Galaxy S6

HTC One M9 vs. Samsung Galaxy S6
You have 2 choices between M9 and S6. Which one you will choose? How to compare HTC One M9 to Samsung Galaxy S6?

Let’s at first take a look at the direct spec comparison.

Dimensions:
HTC One M9: 144.6 x 69.7 x 9.6 mm, and 5.53oz;
Samsung Galaxy S6: 143.4 x 70.5 x 6.8 mm, and 4.86oz.

Storage:
HTC One M9: 32GB internal memory storage, and microSD slot (up to 128GB);
Samsung Galaxy S6: 32GB or 64GB or 128GB internal memory storage (and no micrsoSD slot).

Processor, RAM & Graphics:
HTC One M9: 2GHz/1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 3GB of RAM, and Adreno 430 GPU;
Samsung Galaxy S6: 2.1GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 7420, 3GB of RAM, and Mali-T760 GPU.

Operating System:
HTC One M9: Android Lollipop 5.0;
Samsung Galaxy S6: Android Lollipop 5.0.

HTC One M9: Sense 7;
Samsung Galaxy S6: TouchWiz UI.

Battery:
HTC One M9: 2,840mAh
Samsung Galaxy S6: 2,550 mAh, fast charge, and wireless charge.

THE DESIGNS:
So it seems that Samsung really comes as a stunning device this time. The company proves its word by improving the new device so that it is better than Galaxy S5. Without a doubt, the metal edging and glass panels on both front and back is the thing that is emphasized by the company. The handset is fairly thin and really appealing. It really fits on the users’ hand, and best of all, S6 looks more appealing thanks to the metal and glass. Some even say it is better in the real life than in the photos.
In the opposite, the HTC One M9 has not made significant change from the previous model. However, every inch of this handset is already stylish and smart. HTC has slightly improved the back panel and edges to be more ergonomic, so that it can fit on the users’ hand.

THE DISPLAY:
Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with 5.1 in QHD Super AMOLED touch display with 577 ppi of pixel density. In the opposite, HTC has taken orthodox route. The HTC One M9 comes with 5 inch display which has 1080p full HD resolution at 440 ppi. I know that it is a bit downgrading. But 1080p will be less battery-sapping.

THE CAMERA:
HTC One M9 has opted for 20 MP primary camera. This is of course drawing attention for major phone users. The front facing 2nd camera comes with 4 Ultrapixel setup, just like the predecessor. But this time it comes with wide-angle lens for selfies. Galaxy S6 comes with 16 MP sensor on the back and 4 MP on the front. Both provides great image quality.
On paper, HTC One M9 has better quality of camera. But Samsung Galaxy S6 has better screen display with 577 ppi which means sharper image to be experienced.

Which one is better? You will be the judge.

Samsung Galaxy S6 vs. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Samsung Galaxy S6 vs. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Hi, folks! Now the most awaited smartphone on earth is here and with it comes a tempting mate: Galaxy S6 Edge. After for a while under the speculation about those siblings, it is time to separate the fact from fiction.

The first thing that I’d like to talk about the differences between Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge is their visual.

Let’s compare this thing:
- Galaxy S6 – 5.1in flat panel, 2560 x 1440 pixels, and a Super AMOLED display;
- Galaxy S6 Edge – 5.1in curved panel, 2560 x 1440 pixels, plus a Super AMOLED display;
See? The most significant visual is the flat for Galaxy S6 and curved for Galaxy S6 Edge. I know that everyone has personal opinion. But from purely enthusiast’s perspective, the curved Galaxy S6 Edge offers obvious advantage, it simply looks cooler. The S6 Edge is slightly thinner than the Galaxy S6 as well.

Aside from the visual’s differences, both Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge have identical main screens and the upgrade of the 1080p resolution seen in the Samsung Galaxy S5. The real difference of S6 and S6 Edge comes from the brightness and contrast status that both handset brings.

Onscreen controls are gaining more attention. Samsung itself has good reason since both Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge promote upgraded fingerprint sensors. But the difference is that the users would lead to touch rather than swipe the sensors.

The other surprise that you will meet is that Samsung switches the handset to premium built materials. It can be proven by the reduction of footprints and weight of the handset.

Now for Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, the other factor that concerns me is the battery life of the units. Galaxy S6 comes with 2550 mAh battery while Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge comes with 2600 mAh, slightly larger. Well, this probably makes the fans of Samsung Galaxy socked since both models come with smaller capacity batteries than S5, their predecessor, which comes with 2800 mAh battery.

How about the performance? Now the thing is getting more exciting. Both Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the same Samsung Exynos chipset with Qualcomm quad core at 2.1 GHz and GPU Mali T760. 3 GB of RAM is installed on both smartphones to provide comfort to the users who will use many apps.

For camera, both phones don’t have any significant difference. Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge – Sony 16Mp sensor, with F 1.9, optical image stabilization, a LED flash, and 4K video support. The front facing camera has 5Mp.

How about the price and visibility? Well, I’d say that this is just for a fat wallet. Look at the prices:
- Samsung Galaxy S6: 32GB = $753, 64GB = $860, 128GB =  $968;
- Samsung Galaxy S Edge: 32GB = $915, 64GB = $1023, 128GB = $1130.

S6 and S6 Edge are too expensive related to the hardware that is present in many other devices that are sold at lower prices (at 30 to 50 percents cheaper prices).

So: bye, bye Galaxy S6 (Edge), I'm waiting for Note 5!

ps: I hope Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will not be a similar too expensive piece of shitt based on design (non-removable battery, no slot card, no FM radio support, and non water-resistant)...

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge - Non-Sponsored Review

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge - Non-Sponsored Review

The commencing of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is finally official. After weeks of rumors and speculations we finally have the first look at the new Samsung Galaxy S6. You definitely heard about Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge and wonder what are the differences.

Well, both of them are basically the same in specifications. However, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has slightly larger battery, 2600 mAh, while S6 2550 mAh (non-removable battery - what?). One cool feature that I’d like to highlight is the speedy charge of the device. You can watch your favorite HD movie for 2 hours from just 10 minutes charging while are able to use the smartphone normally. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge uses Octa-Core processor which runs 4 cores at 2.1 GHz and four at 1.5 GHz, 3GB of RAM LPDDR4, 16Mp primary camera (why not 20Mp or more?), 5Mp secondary camera, no micro-SD slot (since when Samsung is following Apple?), and no FM radio support.

Looking back when Samsung announced that the new line of devices would be using new commencing processors, it is stated that the battery savings of 35% were quite possible. If the company can make it, then the downsized of the battery capacity should not be a big deal. On Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, some menus can be dragged from the side in the display.

Edge is absolutely adorable and stylish. And sadly, I can’t say that Edge is not better than S6. And it indirectly make S6 look a bit bland. When the leaks existed, insiders told about the improvement of screen like Note 4 in the S6 Edge. Now, we can notice that S6 Edge has a screen that extends over both sides.

The size of the Edge is that it is reasonably small. But this small thing has remarkable performance that should be thumbed up. The Samsung S6 Edge display have useful information as well. You can always see the financial data, weather forecast, and usual news headlines. As the name suggests, a quick swipe of the edge display will trigger the appearance of information while other part of the screen stays rest. S6 Edge is slightly lighter than S6.It is pleasure to hold the device since it does not feel heavy at all.

Samsung also improved the security as well, especially to track down the missing device. It has improved its service like “find my mobile” so that it can activate ultra-power saving mode, which will allow the phone to stay a little bit longer, and it can improve the opportunity to track down the missing device.

There is also a fingerprint scanner like the predecessor owns. However, the home button looks smaller, answering some issues that were experienced by former users of S5.

I can’t wait to hear your story. Just get a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in your hands and let me know what you think.

Samsung Galaxy S6 - Non-Sponsored Review

Samsung Galaxy S6 - Review

Finally, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is here and it is very fascinating.

It comes with metal chassis, and glass covering the front and back. S6 Edge has racy green finish to the body but it comes with alternative colors such as charcoal, white, and gold. The finish is described as “jewel-like”. However, Samsung’s fans must agree that it looks classier.

The glass back and the front screen edges curve very well. The screen uses QHD Super AMOLED screen. Correct, no more 4K screen. But that was not rumored after all. Unlike the predecessors, it is lighter in weight. It feels solid and well-balanced. You can prove it by holding it in your hand.

You can see the power button is located in the center of the right side of the phone. The volume controls are high up on the left side, which means a strategic place to tap the volume via your left thumb. There are many more from the bottom edge such as headphone jack, microUSB and power boosted speaker. Insiders of Samsung stated that it is 1.5 x louder than its predecessor but I am not quite sure the reality since I’ve not tried and compared it.

The battery capacity is 2550mAh, slightly smaller than S6 Edge which has 2600mAh. But the upside is that it has wireless charging built in, compatible with optional Samsung Charger. This is compatible with generally wireless charge shared points such as McDonalds, Starbucks, KFC, etc. The other thing to thumbs up is that the charging rate is speedy. You can watch your favorite HD movies for 2 hours just by charging the battery for 10 minutes.

Samsung Galaxy S6 has 32, 62, or 128GB of memory built in. That can be an issue if you want to store a lot of large files in your device. Camera lens are located on the back. The front is 5 MP, and 16 MP in the back. Well, that is definitely a significant change. Both are made for authentic camera users.

So, let’s take a look a bit at the technical specs:

Screen: 5.1in, QHD (Quad High Definition), Super AMOLED, 572pps, 1440x2560;
Processor: 64-bit Exynos, 14nm process;
RAM: 3GB LPDDR4 (it means the clock frequency of RAM is 1600 MHz and the data transfer rate is 3200 MT/s);
Storage: 32/64/128GB using UFS 2.0 tech – no microSD (a great minus);
Camera: 16MP, f1.9, Smart OIS, HDR (rear); 5MP, f1.9, HDR (front);
Battery: 2550mAh (non-removable - WTF?);
Dimensions: 143.4x70.5x6.8mm, 138g;
Colours: S6 is available in white, charcoal, gold, and blue.

Overall, it is such a remarkable smartphone but with the existence of S6 Edge, the fans can be hardly choose the best handset for them. Well, I personally choose S6 Edge over S6. How about you?

Samsung Galaxy S6 Software will get some changes

Samsung Galaxy S6 Software will get some changes

Smartphone enthusiasts often criticize Samsung for creating the software on its handsets too heavy due to all the apps included. Some beneficial features are indeed integrated in Samsung’s customizations. However, some users are annoyed with the heavy load of the software and suggested the company to produce cleaner software. I am one of those who support the cleaner version of Samsung software. And these days Samsung will eventually answer our wishes. It makes some major changes to the software which empower Samsung Galaxy S6.

The handset will be accompanied by the Android, so there is no significant change on that front. But here is the thing I would like to highlight. Samsung will remove many of its pre-installed apps that make the handset heavy. You probably won’t see S Health and S Voice anymore right after purchasing. Instead, the users will be offered with the software through Galaxy Apps store.

One inevitable aspect is that Samsung will pre-install some of Microsoft Apps due to its recent agreement with the respectable company. You will be expected to see OneNote, OneDrive, and Office Mobile with free subscription. And those who love to web cam chat, Skype would be also pre-installed in the device.

Samsung will be adding more colors to the S6. Users will have broad choices for theming their phone. It also allows them to pick 4x4, 4x5, and 5x5 icon layouts for the application drawer.

Samsung confirmed this changes news in the Mobile World Congress 2015. The company will finally reveal its new generation handset. Many speculations have emerged but I have come with the conclusion that S6 release date might be on 22nd of March.

So for the software, it seems like Samsung has been making major improvements of its software. Acknowledging that 3 basic apps of Microsoft pre-installed in the Samsung Device lead me to another conclusion that Microsoft is having a big move right now. It also confirm what the CEO Satya Nadella stated about the Microsoft expansions for outer platforms.

Microsoft has released certain apps for iOS and Android since earlier 2014. This includes starting from Outlook Mail App to Skype chat messenger. The company itself is ready to invest $70 million to build its own version of Android, leading to another conclusion that Android would be apart from Google.

Installing Microsoft apps in popular and most awaited gadget like S6 can be a real deal for the company, of course in positive way. This will benefits the company a lot. However, Samsung would also receive benefits since Microsoft fans are getting familiar with pre-installed Microsoft apps in Android devices.

AnTuTu benchmark shows Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge main specs

AnTuTu Benchmark shows Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge main Specs

The Galaxy S6 leaked rumors have been tagging along. It is about just weeks left to the official revealing of Samsung next generation handset. Now I have such a benchmark result that hopefully will come real in the market.

As reviewed by both insiders and big fans of Galaxy series, there are no significant major surprises I have found. The listing claimed that the specifications’ rumors have been toughly leaked in the past. The display was expected 5.1 Inches 1440 x 2560 display, while the memory was around 3GB of RAM. Then there was 20 MP camera and the Exynos 7420 processor. The last aspect of the specification is an important factor.

It aids to conclude the speculation that Samsung will be sporting the 14nm Exynos processor instead of Qualcomm stuff. People who are fond of Qualcomm chip perhaps need adjustment of dealing with Exynos if it is confirmed to be true. Qualcomm itself claimed that it lost major clients for the Snapdragon Processor. However, Samsung still need Qualcomm existence to support the other versions of Galaxy.

I’d like to say the benchmark score is about 60,980. Of course benchmark scores are very flexible. They mean nothing for the handset enthusiasts. Come with slimmed-down OS, the fast Exynos 7420 processor can bring the nice and smooth experience that has so far evaded the Galaxy S devices. This can be the new breakthrough in the Galaxy series. However, nothing is to be claimed until S6 and S6 Edge are officially released.

The unavoidable situation occurred – the commencing S6 Edge has been captured sporting a pass via the AnTuTu benchmarking suite. As first, the S6 Edge model was SM- G925W8. Yeah, I know that is a lot of numerals and letters mashed up in the model name.

The next thing to discuss for the specs is the 5.1 inches display, Samsung would use Super AMOLED with super high resolution of 1440 x 2560 (576 pp), 32GB default internal storage, a 20MP Rear camera, an amazing 5 MP front camera. Speaking of which, most of the speculations that we think they are true about S6 Edge has gradually come to the real deal.

It is undeniable that the processor Exynos 7420 will give finer performance since it is improved compared to the older version 5433. That is obviously a welcoming news. The S6 Edge will be unpacked in the 1st March. It is just few short weeks away. So do stay tuned and prepare your pocket to purchase.

Samsung Galaxy S6 - what we know about it?

Samsung Galaxy S6 - what we know about it?

On 1st March, Samsung is expected to launch the latest smartphone, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge (the curvier version - like a Galaxy Note Edge Mini). With all those speculations about the release date, some huge fans have been looking for the fact from many sources. But thanks to the Internet today, all things can be leaked through it and there are rumors about S6 revolving around.

Samsung Galaxy smartphones are marvelously important for the company and everybody agree that it is the real iPhone competitor. The Galaxy S series contribute more worldwide sales than other phone come from the company. We can conclude that Samsung Galaxy S6 would be the top outstanding handset.

On the other side, Galaxy S6 Edge tend to be more about for the moment appearance than sales. If you notice it well, it appears almost similar in curve found on Note Edge.

Now, let’s go to the meat of the topic. Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge come in different form than their predecessors.

Unibody Design

Instead of using crummy plastic, Samsung would rather to choose all in on metal. The crummy plastic is undeniably attractive to the critics of the cons of purchasing Galaxy S phone. It seems like the company had the critic in mind and responded it in such way. I’ve researched about this over and over. Now come with this conclusion: the latest Handset tends to feature all-metal unibody design. Some sources even claimed that the design is closely similar to Apple’s iPhone.

If Samsung did the unibody design for the S6, it means that neither S6 nor S6 Edge would come with removable batteries. This could be the fatal downside for those who are fond of battery powers, more especially those who love to swapping in and out charged batteries.

Screen Size

Samsung decreases the S6’s screen size compared to its former handset slightly from 5.1 inches to 5 inches. The other site told about the increasing size from 5.1 to 5.2 and 5.5 inches. Again, I can’t decide which one is true.

Camera

Camera is not less important feature in each smartphone. Thus Galaxy S6 will come with either 16 MP or 20 MP cameras with OIS.

Storage

There are many rumors about the storage of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. The phone users will anticipate the choice between 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB of storage. That means you will have large enough space to store all your favorite multimedia files. It is crucial to consider, however, that the larger the storage you choose, the bigger amount you have to spend to purchase.

How About the Fingerprint Sensor?

Galaxy S6 will come with more developed fingerprint sensor that is better than Galaxy S5’s.

Why Samsung Galaxy S5 is a bad choice

Why Samsung Galaxy S5 is a bad choice

Usually we buy a smartphone if it's joined by a large advertising budget, if the gadget is satisfying the most of our needs, if we like it, and if... we have enough money to buy it! The same rules applies for Samsung Galaxy S5!

Another rule of this world is that every smartphone in the world has its happy and angry customers - also, Galaxy S5 isn't an exception. So, the purpose of this article is to focus on main reasons for Samsung Galaxy S5 can be a bad choice. I need to mention that the most common reason are present in the bad reviews of the biggest online shopping websites in the world.

Galaxy S5 is a bad choice:

- if you're an iPhone fan (many of they are unsatisfied by the huge delay of most android apps and the non-intuitive applications);
- if you bought the smartphone from Amazon and after a while it needs to go in service to be repaired: you'll find quickly that Amazon's customer service is terrible;
- if you bought it from Sprint but they will not help to fix your smartphone problems if you didn't pay for an insurance (~ $11 per month);
- even many S5 owners are satisfied by it as an android device, many of them say that "as a phone it sucks" (sometimes the reception is terrible, or the phone is freezing);
- many S5 devices have problems related to: 4G connection, WiFi, GPS, SIM card;
- the battery life is short.
